I started building websites because I kept meeting people who had paid for one and could not change a word of it themselves. That still shapes how I work: the site is yours when it ships, and you should never need me to update a headline.
Most of my work is with founders and small teams at the point where their site has stopped representing them. Sometimes that is a rebuild, sometimes it is a migration, and occasionally it is telling someone their current site is fine and they should spend the budget elsewhere.
