Yes, and with no downtime. Content, URLs and search rankings carry across, with redirects mapped before anything switches over. Your existing site stays live until the new one is signed off.

That is the point of the handover. You get recorded Loom walkthroughs of your actual site, written documentation, and thirty days of free support afterwards. Most clients are updating pages themselves within the first week.

Feedback happens in structured rounds through markup.io, so comments sit on the design itself rather than scattered across email. Essentials includes one round, Premium two, Enterprise unlimited.

Thirty days of support are included on every build. After that, optional care plans cover hosting checks, updates and performance monitoring. There is no obligation to take one — the site is yours either way.

Fifty percent to reserve the slot and start discovery, fifty on approval before launch. Enterprise projects can be split across milestones instead. Prices are fixed at the quote, so the number you agree is the number you pay.
